Full-Time Customer Support Technician

Responsibilities:
  • Log customer questions and track through resolution
  • Provide system support to veterinary customers via phone and internet methods
  • Identify and implement internal process improvements to drive productivity and increase customer satisfaction

Knowledge Required:
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Knowledge of Windows®-based programs, desktop applications and systems support
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • PC hardware and Networking experience
