DVM Manager

In February 2011, ImproMed, LLC joined the Butler Schein Animal Health group. During that process, ImproMed acquired DVM Manager; welcoming this groups into our ImproMed family.

With the merger of the DVM Manager software into ImproMed, we have been concentrating our efforts on assuring the DVM Manager product is stable, while also introducing new integration partners. This action will lead to a greater software progression through partnerships with companies such as lab machines, reminder services and more.

While the DVM Manager support staff stayed the same, ImproMed’s goal is to enhance the Support Department to reflect the standards that we have developed, and has landed us #1 by our customers in Customer Satisfaction for the past 4 years in the American Animal Hospital Association’s Trends magazine.
