Customer Compliance Tracking

The ability to track and verify treatment compliance within a veterinary practice is growing increasingly critical. For example, if you recommend that a specific treatment be provided to a pet and the client declines, it is important that you are able to verify that fact in the future.

To help you monitor this important aspect of your practice, Infinity contains three types of compliance lists: Recommended, Deferred, and Declined.

Recommended products are inventory items and services that the doctor has advised be administered to the patient. Products in estimates, treatment plans and travel sheets can be moved to the Recommended list and eventually transferred to an open invoice.

Products on the Recommended list can also be moved to the Deferred list or Declined list. Moving the products to the Deferred or Declined lists leaves a record showing that the product has been recommended and shows the product as deferred or declined. This provides the necessary ability to track compliance as recommended by AAHA™.

All of the Compliance lists include the ability to enter a reason or comments for each entry allowing you to record critical details concerning the proposed procedures.

Items placed on any of the Compliance lists are part of the pets medical record and can be printed out as part of the patient's invoice providing record to the client as well as protection to your practice.

For Example, the following image illustrates what the client sees on their invoice.
