Enhanced Medical Record Forms

The Medical Records module allows you to build custom forms containing fields that are used for entering medical information. Form fields support rich text for custom formatting, as well as images. Data that is entered into fields can also be charted to provide a graphical view of information that has been collected using forms.

Several standard forms are included in Infinity, and it is possible to take any or all of the forms you currently have on paper and put them into the Infinity system - eliminating age-old photocopies.
