Health Plans enable you to package a group of products together and pre-pay all, or part, of the fees associated with those products. This allows you to give specialized discounts for services and inventory items within a pre-set time frame or number of selling instances.
For example: Let's say you set up a Health Plan called Puppy Wellness Plan. The plan includes all of the necessary vaccinations for puppy wellness, along with altering, deworming, and exams. When the plan is added to the patient’s record, the client can be charged for the all or part of the plan.
When you add the exam, deworming, and vaccinations to the patient's invoice during a future visit, the client will not be charged and these items will be recorded into the Health Plan.
The status of the Health Plan can be displayed as part of the clients invoice. In doing so the client is always aware of what products and procedures they have coming as well as when the plan is set to expire.
After all products in the Health Plan are used or the Health Plan expires, the client will be charged the regular price for the products.Click Here to view the pdf.
