The Message Center module is an easy-to-use tool for communicating with staff members about a client or patient, much the way you would use handwritten notes.

The advantage of the Message Center is that employees can check their messages from any computer, with no need to hunt for lost slips of paper or having to go to a message board at a particular place in the clinic.

Messages that are entered in the Message Center module are displayed as part of the patient's permanent medical history, which can be used to provide proof of communication. Even messages that have been deleted remain as part of the revision history of the medical records.
