Process Management

Infinity's Process Management Module provides the ability to schedule tasks to Boarding reservations. These to-do lists can be integral in running a productive and seamless boarding operation. For clinics interested in tying tasks to the invoicing process, services and inventory items may be linked to tasks and moved directly to the invoice upon completion of the task. Automating invoicing to completed tasks can help reduce missed charges and mistakes by taking the human element out of the equation. Likewise, by not needing to focus as much on invoicing, clinic staff can focus more on patient car and client education.

In addition to the boarding application, Process Management can be used to schedule day to day clinic tasks and can assign tasks to individual employees or to employee groups.
