This latest version release was written in .NET and offers a revolutionary new concept that allows Infinity users the ability to upgrade modules individually, as opposed to requiring a total update of their current software version.

Infinity 5.0 welcomes the new Virtual Menu to provide staff members with a user-friendly navigation main menu screen for setting appointments, sending reminders, patient check-in and more.

The security capabilities inside Infinity v5.0 transitions the existing user level security to employee and employee group level security. In v5.0, each employee has a single password to access all aspects of the system that they are enabled to access in order to streamline security configuration.
Desktop enhancements in v5.0 include the new Ribbon bar (similar to Microsoft® products) to quickly navigate through the programs, an updated search feature to allow for more defined results, the addition of predefined client and patient notes to assure standardization, and the inclusion of Google Maps for directions to client, clinic, stable and trainers.

LifeLearn’s ClientEd Online series was one of the updates to Infinity’s Documents Module, allowing for the synchronization of this online content tool inside Infinity. The second addition is the option for a document to be placed into the patient’s medical record history. 

 

Additional developments to the program were the mandated X-Charge change, the ability to automatically gather necessary information and export to one file for the Atlantic Associates in regards to controlled substances, and Antech requests can now be submitted electronically through a valid internet connection.
